Clyde May's Alabama Style Whiskey....$34.99
Over 70 years ago, in an illegal still tucked away in the Conecuh Ridge in Alabama, Clyde May created his first batch of craft whiskey. Clyde May lived outside the law and the bourbon belt. He was a moonshiner by trade but a craftsman by heart. Using copper stills, fresh Alabama spring water and the finest local grains, he vowed to make the best darn whiskey Alabama had ever tasted. While others sold their moonshine straight, he aged small batches in charred oak barrels and experimented until he created his own unique finish—Alabama Style.

What is Alabama Style?
Clyde added oven-dried apples to his barrels. The resulting hints of green apple and cinnamon not only made it smoother than other whiskeys—they’re what made it Alabama Style. Today, we honor Clyde’s legacy with a blend of 5 & 6 year old bourbon, handcrafted in small batches and finished in that Alabama Style.

Ascendant Spirits Breaker Bourbon....$45.99
Breaker Bourbon Whisky is a new American bourbon from the first craft distillery in the golden hills of California’s Central Coast. Our Master Distiller blends each small batch from only eight carefully hand chosen barrels that have been aged for at least five years. This ensures that each bottle is produced with an uncompromising attention to detail and taste. Inspired by the sublime and elusive sets at El Capitan and other local beaches, Breaker embodies that sense of perfection and freedom.
A base of corn, rye and malted barley
Twice distilled in a copper still
Aged for five or more years
First bourbon hand-crafted, blended and bottled in Southern California since Prohibition
Buy a hand- and batch-numbered bottle (or two) of this award-winning ultra small batch bourbon.

J. Rieger's Kansas City Whiskey...$31.99 / 750ml

Jacob Rieger and Company was founded in 1887 in Kansas City's West Bottoms Livestock Exchange district. The brand offered over 100 alcoholic products and took pride in maintaining a quarter of a million unique customers by offering mail-order delivery services. In 1919, Prohibition was enacted by the federal government and was not reversed until 1933. J. Rieger and Co. was a casualty at the time, but was not destined to be lost forever. 95 years after Prohibition, we can officially say that the historic and iconic spirits brand of Kansas City is back!

Our bottling of Kansas City Whiskey pays tribute to the original brand by utilizing a blend of Corn, Malt, and Straight Rye Whiskies, as well as a small amount of 15 year old Oloroso Sherry from the Williams & Humbert Bodedga in Jerez, Spain. The use of Sherry in American Whiskey was commonplace in the 1800s, but was lost after prohibition.. Bottled at 90 proof and comprised of Whiskeys aged at least 7 years, our Kansas City Whiskey is a balanced, smooth, and slightly sweet and powerful Whiskey that is beautiful when served neat or on the rocks, but also works well in classic cocktails such as the Horsefeather and Old Fashioned."
