Damia Cava Brut

New and exciting Cava....it is not very often you find a new sparking wine of this quality under $20

Made from Old Vines

Damia Seleccion Brut Cava....$16.99 / 750ml
Blend of 60% Xarel.lo, 20% Macabeo, and 20% Parellada.
A selection of the estate’s best grapes are used for this bottling. Grapes are delicately pressed and the free run musts undergo primary fermentation prior to blending.   Produced in the traditional method, with secondary fermentation in the same bottle. Matured 18 to 24 months  on the lees. Bottles are still riddled by hand as the wine  ages on the yeast!  Loaded with ripe apple, pear and apricot aromas, with light biscuit and yeast notes. The palate is richly textured from the extended lees aging, with fine bubbles and a creamy mousse.
