Italian beer...

Birra del Borgo 25 Dodici...$15.99 / 25.4oz
"Birra Del Borgo was founded in May of 2005 not too far away from Italy’s capital Rome {about 60 miles northwest}. Leonardo di Vincenzo was originally trained in biochemisrty but started brewing beer as a hobby during his college years.

Malt: Pilsner malt, munich malt, vienna malt, cara munich malt, caraweizen, chocolate malt.
Hops: Hallertau Northern brewer, Hallertau hersbrucker, styrian golding, simcoe.
Spice: Bitter orange peel
Dark amber with a beige-colored foam. The nose is dominated by fruity notes such as berries, plums and orange as well as spicy notes such as pepper and corriander. Chestnut honey and definite hints of chocolate enrich the aroma. On the palate, 25 Dodici is rich and full bodied. The fruity notes are well balanced with the maltiness." - importer
