De Dolle Brouwers -- Belgium

De Dolle Brewery
"At their tiny Belgian village brewery with a capacity of only 900 barrels per year, the De Dolle Brouwers add spices to their four seasonals that catch the mood of the seasons." -- importer

Arabier -- Summer Seasonal -- Just arrived!!
"Arabier is a pure malt beer 7°vol/alc brewed with flower Nugget-hops from Poperinge. It has the special dry-hopping taste and aroma, so appreciated by beerlovers allover the world. It is one of the two main beers from De Dolle Brouwers throughout the year. Aging time is limited due to the fact that hop bitterness is declining with the time. Store arabier cool and dark and serve cool at 10°C, as the signs in arab language indicate. Cheers!" -- importer

Boskeun -- Spring Seasonal -- just a little left of this one!
"Boskeun is the nickname of Jo, one of the two brothers who preferred to brew blond beer at home. It is a special Easter beer, one of the first real Belgian Easter beers. (Slaghmuylder's paasbier being first). It has been brewed with pale malt, Golding hops, cane sugar and refermented with native honey. As it is a seasonal beer we suggest not to keep it eternally. The name Boskeun means rabbit of the wood (virgin wood, maybe?) and the label shows it, sampling the last brew." -- importer

De Dulle Teve "Mad Bitch" -- Belgian Tripel
"The label bears the drawing of an artist of Bruges who had designed the first label for the brewery. Originally it was a special brew blond, 6 % alc./vol. for a customer , called "Het Niew Museum" . Today, this pub still exists in Bruges and although linked to Maes Pils serves some other beers from independent breweries. The De Dolle Brouwers discovered these old labels glued manually to old 25cl bottles, a remainder of the former brewery Costenoble. The original De Dulle Teve, meaning 'Mad Bitch' was a one time brew and had been forgotten until a couple of years ago when the de Dolle Brewers thought that making a good triple would not be a bad idea." -- importer

We also have a few bottles left of their very limited oak aged bottling:
De Dolle Oerbier Reserva is a specially matured version of De Dolle Oerbier. This version of De Dolle Oerbier is matured for 18 months in Bordeau wine casks.
